•  Anerobic microorganisms capable of DNT degradation
•  Analytical techniques for monitoring the contaminant degradation

•  Use of genetically modified microorganisms
•  Identification techniques for microorganisms
•  Laboraatory studies
•  Field studies

I expect each student of read at least 10 articles for the literature review.
