Quality management Assignment Brief

Rationale for Assessment

The purpose of this assessment Is to provide the opportunity for you to demonstrate you have achieved learning outcome 3- research and formulate quality management policies and Processes to support a continuously Improving health organization. In this assessment structure You will exhibit the capacity to develop policies and systems in a range of areas that will support the effective and productive operation of a health services or product business.

Assessment Guidelines and Tasks
 Review material covered in classes and assigned reference materials.
  • Plan, research and create 6 continuously improvement supporting quality management policies each from a different section in an organizational quality management system (for example: governance , organizational, finances, human resources, facilities or resources, service or product service, quality assurance or similar).
  • Have a colleague provide you with feedback on the above policies and include this feedback in your assessment. Note your response(s) to the feedback.
  • Track change any changes you make to the policies developed in response to the feedback received.
  • Present the above assessment task components in a professional manner and include a reference list and appropriate legislation using the APA referencing style.

Assessment Marking Criteria

  • Present 6 continuously improvement supporting quality management policies each from a different section in an Organization guilty manage system (for example:  assurance or similar). (Up to three marks maybe awarded  to each p6! icy for completeness and functionality)
  • Include feedback from a colleague on your policies and your response to it (maximum of 400 words). (Up to 2 marks maybe awarded for your use of feedback, professional reasoning effectiveness of changes)
  • Track change’ any developments to Your policies made in to colleague feedback.
  • Present the above assessment task components in a professional manner and include a reference list and appropriate legislation using the APA referencing style. (Up to 2 marks maybe awarded for organization of assessment, referencing and professional presentation of assessment task)

Assessment Criteria

  • Present the above assessment task components in a professional manner and include a reference list and appropriate legislation using the APA referencing style. (Up to 2 marks maybe awarded for organization of assessment, referencing and professional presentation of assessment task)
Note: The above assessment marking decisions will be underpinned by understandings of the programmed aim, programmed outcomes, relevant Paper Learning Outcomes, NZQA Level Descriptors and Performance Criteria (noted in the Learner Programmed Handbook) and Assessment Guideline Assessment Schedule
