Role of Accounting Information Systems | Accounts

Task

Business Plus Advisors are a well-established accounting firm located in Sydney, New South Wales. Some clients have approached Sally, the Managing Partner, seeking advice on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems. Sally would like you to undertake some research into CRM systems and their impact. She is very limited in time and has asked you to prepare a PowerPoint presentation to her and the executive committee covering the following:
  1. What is a CRM System? (4 marks)
  2. What types of client businesses would benefit from the implementation of a CRM? Justify your answer. (4 marks)
As you will not be able to present this, you need to include a transcript for Sally to accompany each slide in your presentation.
2 marks will also be allocated for;
    • the quality of your PowerPoint slides, including appropriate format, spelling and grammar;
  • your transcript documented in the notes supporting each slide; and
  • APA Referencing acknowledging all sources used to develop your presentation. This should be included with your transcript supporting each slide.

Presentation

You need to prepare a PowerPoint presentation to the Managing Partner, Sally. Your presentation should;
  • be a maximum of 10 slides (any additional slides and their notes will not be marked);
  • include a transcript, in the notes section supporting each of your slides, detailing would say if you were presenting your slides to Sally;
  • cover each of the questions posed; and
  • be presented professionally.

APA must be used to reference all sources you have used for your assignment.
